My Dear Souls ;
The first person in our life is WOMAN.
And as we grow , during various stages of our life ; we get introduced to various forms of woman and many women plays many roles in our life .
BUT did you ever think - what are those three things they are giving us . It is LOVE, CARE and RESPECT.
With these three simple but very important shades of our life, they nourish our life to the best of their life. They reach out to the maximum to give us whatever we want. And they play different roles at different times for us . And they do all this only to make us more and more happy and happier. And they always use only these three mediums : Love , Care and Respect.
Well , don’t you think that its high time that we should give back this to them.
YES . They too need Love, Care and Respect . Please give back to them their share.
And let me tell you if you do this. You will be giving a gift of lifetime to them.
And also my promise to you all. If you give these three simple and core mediums of life to your women around you . You will get unlimited blessings and love, care and respect multifold beyond your calculations from them . And Yes you will get 100 hugs from me too !!!
Much Love , Light and Hugs

Realization !!!!
Don't be in too much of a hurry to solve all your doubts and problems. As the masters say: “Make haste slowly.” I always tell my students not to have unreasonable expectations, because it takes time for spiritual growth. It takes years to learn Japanese properly or to become a doctor. Can we really expect to have all the answers, let alone become enlightened, in a few weeks?
The spiritual journey is one of continuous learning and purification. When you know this, you become humble. There is a famous Tibetan saying: “Do not mistake understanding for realization, and do not mistake realization for liberation.” And Milarepa said: “Do not entertain hopes for realization, but practice all your life.”
